Delivery Method
All orders are delivered via trusted courier partners to ensure secure and timely delivery. We operate using a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method. Please have the exact payment amount ready at the time of delivery.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number and instructions to follow your parcel’s progress. If you do not receive this, or have questions about your delivery, please contact our support team.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and order size and will be clearly shown during checkout. Any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier partner will typically try again or contact you directly. In case of repeated missed delivery attempts, the item may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for resending.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery or receipt. We will work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue promptly. Be sure to include photos and your order number when contacting us.
